Why

kbuild 1.2.1 bumps kotlin, pins kotlinx-serialization via an auto-applied platform BOM, and enables type-resolved detekt rules that surfaced a few small source fixes.

Testing

Ran ./gradlew detektMainJvm detektTestJvm compileTestKotlinJvm locally, passes.
